How to Contact Support
Two ways to submit a request, information you should prepare, and other contact channels.

Open Support Page
Tap Hỗ trợ on the navigation bar. There are two options: Gọi cho tôi (leave a phone number, Zalo or Telegram and we will call you back) and Email cho tôi (communicate via email).

Describe the Issue
Select the correct transaction type (account, balance trade, or service) and describe the issue. If it relates to a specific order, paste the order code — that helps staff locate your transaction instantly. After sending, you will receive a support ticket.

Other channels
The website already provides Telegram, Facebook, and support email if you want to contact directly. For urgent matters involving account funds, submit a request through the Support page first to get a tracking code, then message via another channel if needed.
