外貨残高の売却方法

VNExchange に売却するか、P2P 広告を通じてパートナーに売却します。

   販売方法を選択

   買いと売り ページで 売却 をクリックします。2つの方法があります：掲載レートで VNExchange に直接売却するか、パートナー に売却するかです—パートナーは自分のレートで購入広告を出しています。パートナーに売却すると通常はより良い価格が得られますが、相手の確認を待つ必要があります。

   VNExchange に売却

   数量を入力すると、受取金額がシステムに表示されます。画面に当社の受取情報が示されます。外貨を外部に送金し、戻ってきたら 送金済み をクリックしてください。スタッフが確認後、金額があなたの残高に加算されます。

   パートナーに売却

   Select an ad from the list. The system only shows partners who have sufficient insurance wallets to guarantee your transaction, and the corresponding amount is locked as margin as soon as you select — this protects you if the partner defaults. Transfer the money according to the information they provide and then tap Transferred.

   ステップ 4

   If the partner does not confirm

   After you tap "Transferred", the partner has 15 minutes to confirm. If more than 15 minutes pass without a response, the Complaint button will appear for you. See the article *Complaint and handling procedures* to learn the next steps.
