How to order a service

What is the difference between fixed-price services and services that require consultation.

   Step 1

   Find a service

   Go to the Services section and use the "Quick filter" bar to filter by category or price type. "Fixed price" indicates a service with a preset quote; "Contact for consultation" indicates a service that requires discussion before finalizing the price.

   Read service details

   The detail page clearly states the job description, fee (if any), and three processing steps. For fixed-price services, the total amount is shown immediately. For consulting services, there is no price, only a request form.

   Submit Request

   Enter your contact information (Facebook, Telegram, Zalo…) and describe the request as specifically as possible. Fixed-price services deduct the amount from your balance immediately upon ordering. Consulting services DO NOT deduct any funds — we will contact you, reach an agreement, and then charge. Track it in Service History.
